.Helping to make a better community

The world is full of war, poverty, starvation, disease, and plenty of other problems that nobody in their right mind would want to see continue. Many would like to help out to fix some of the worlds ills but don’t know how to get started. The solution is to get started in your local area, to help make a better community.

There are many organizations which can help to make a better community, most of them good. Things like the Red Cross, Salvation Army, and food drives all help those in need and fight things like disasters and poverty.

However, there are also even more community-specific organizations such as missions. Missions are independent Christian charities which function to serve their immediate community. The advantage of them is that they are closer to the community than a national organization, so they can respond to the needs of local problems much faster.

One such example of a Christian mission is the Fullerville Mission in Georgia. It serves Carroll County, Douglas County, and Paulding County.

The Fullerville Mission helps to create a better community by running an outreach center, and it operates a food drive in order to help the needy so that they do not find themselves without the nutrition that people need to survive.

The Fullerville Mission also operates an inn where people without shelter may stay without charge for up to 30 days when they are in need.

Unlike many non-profit organizations, the mission has no paid employees and uses all of the money it receives to help its community.

If you are interested in helping to make a better community, and you are local to this area of Georgia, please get involved with the Fullerville Mission today. Whether you are donating your time or money, your donation will be put to good use and a better community will be that much more attainable
.

Matthew 25

35. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36. Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
